A rental fee plus a bar minimum — your guests' tab counts toward the minimum, and you cover any shortfall. Weekday lunches are a flat rate. Final quote depends on date, headcount, and bar spend.

Can we bring food?
Yes — bring a food pop-up or a caterer of your choice. We run the bar; you handle the food.
How does the bar minimum work?
You commit to a minimum in bar sales for the buyout. Your guests' tabs count toward it — if the tab comes up short, you cover the difference. Weekday lunches are a flat rate instead.
How do we hold a date?
Send the inquiry form and we'll get back to you with a quote. The rental fee holds your date once you're confirmed.
